Campaign Story

First off, thank you for taking the time to read this. My name is Sharmanique and I have been dealing with infertility for the past decade. I first found out that conceiving a second child would be a struggle in 2015. I ended up going to the Dr. and was informed I was pregnant. I was so shocked and happy about it for a day or two until I went back and was informed I was having an ectopic pregnancy. For those who don’t know, this is when the embryo gets stuck in a fallopian tube or anywhere else other than where it should be, in the uterus. This was devastating as you can imagine. I lost one of my tubes in the process. Fast forward to two years later and it happened again. This time was even worse. It was clear the remaining tube I had was damaged and having another child natural was out of the question. When I was 16, I got pregnant with my now 16 year old son. He has always wanted a sibling and I have hoped I could give him one. I began my IVF process in late 2023. Thankfully, I was able to get 5 normal embryos. I’ve undergone two frozen embryo transfers that have both failed. I have exhausted my fertility benefits. So here I am giving this a try in hopes for some assistance to keep trying as I have 3 embryos left that I will love to possibly bring at least one until this world. It would mean so much to myself and my son. Thank you again.
